I had my emergency visit in there last week and I could not choose a better place. Very professional, welcome and kind service. I Wil be definitely coming back there again! I'm happy that I found the right dentist for me. I do recommend this dental practice to everyone.
Had an urgent appointment today as I broke a tooth, no problem getting the appointment. The staff and dentists are very good always cheerful and helpful, very gentle when treatment is done. Very happy coming to this dental surgery, have been a patient for many years.
I visited the dentist to have a filling replaced in my tooth. I was feeling a little nervous and a little early for my appointment. My anxiousness was made worse by the noisy unpleasant music on the radio that the receptionist had playing in the background. Totally inappropriate for a dental surgery and it was far from being a relaxing atmosphere. It did nothing to make me feel at ease. I had visited last week for the initial consultation which was a whole different experience! There was a different more experienced receptionist who is more in touch with how people may be feeling when visiting the dentist. The music in the background on that occasion was very calming and meditative which in my opinion is more appropriate. Other than this observation, I have no complaints whatsoever about the dental treatment I received. I was made to feel at ease and the treatment itself was only slightly uncomfortable a couple of times which I was expecting.
For those who are still afraid of the dentist. Please know that these days you do not need to have any fear at all! Especially at this surgery. Noel and the other dentists are so gental kind and understanding . In fact the white team are welcoming they remember you and are very professional. I have had a lot of work done here, mostly by Noel. His work is impeccable. I am so lucky to have found this practice. An amazing team thank you
Myself and my husband have been seeing Noel for a for years now, always very friendly and caring. Always been fitted in if it’s been a emergency as well. Would definitely recommend this dentist. All ways a warm Welcome from the friendly receptionist as well.
As a man who is terrified of the gum injection, I found these guys are as kind and gentle as can be. Even when I had a slight issue after the work, they fitted me in within 30 minutes of asking for help. Amazing staff, great dentists..Highly recommended!!
My Dad has had a bottom set of dentures made. The dentist could not be more helpful. He is gradually adjusting them for comfort and does not mind how often we pop in for this. Dad thinks the dentist is a very pleasant man.
I am scared stiff of the dentist and have been for years, they always try to do the best to ally these fears. I have to have most of my teeth extracted and dentures fitted and the dentist has been great. I know dentists balk when people like me neglect our teeth and this happens later in life, but no matter what his feelings about it are he's been very patient with me. God bless him.
I have just had a clean and wisdom tooth extraction. I felt at ease through out the whole experience. I was well informed about what was going to happen, how it would feel and what I needed to do afterwards. I would not be worried if I had to have further treatment done here in the future.
After having a severe phobia of dentists all my life it was a total relief to find this dentist. Dr Prattish Bhatt is amazing. Very gentle...always has time to understand and talk to you. I had major surgery and full immediate dentures. All staff were caring and amazing. They made me feel welcome and reassuring every visit. You can always get appointments nothing is a hassle for them. Brilliant every time. Before and after photos below...I can now smile again
