My wife phoned in an appointment with a preferred doctor (she was willing to wait the three weeks) for the doctor to take my wife as his schedule is always very busy. When my wife's appointment came around she found it very hard to get to our doctors but she finally made it to be told she was to see a different doctor, the wife explained she telephoned the appointment three weeks ago & it was for the preferred doctor & she was given this date & time. The receptionist said she couldn't give my wife her appointment but the doctor she preferred & had made the appointment for THREE WEEKS AGO had a space in his appointments for 10:30, an hour after my wife was supposed to be seeing him. So after her fight to get to the surgery, to be told that she had to hobble (IN AGONY) for a while to go back to the doctor she asked for in the first place. I think it's atrocious the way my wife has been treated with not even an apology. Very dissatisfied with your receptionists, could you please try & get someone that seems to know what they're doing. 😡 😡 😡

Phone constantly engaged. Perhaps I should follow the lead of many other people and call an ambulance? Once in A& E any required tests would be carried out, or appointments arranged.
