Phoned for appointment when it opened and placed 6th in queue. Waited 10mins for answer to be told they give out same day appointment in order of time (needed aft 4pm as I wouldn't 't be in Kilmarnock earlier as travelling home which I explained). They told me to phone around 10.30am so I waited till 9.10am and called to be told that there were no appointments left. Poor quality service in my opinion. Glad I don't have to go to the doctors often. Last time I was there a girl was going off at the receptionist screaming about not having her prescription for her medication and the doctor actually took her in and saw her. So much for not tolerating violence, it certainly paid off in her case. Doctors are ok though if you can get past the receptionists.

Asked to come back for a prescription after 5pm, should have been ready, only to find it closed at quarter to 6 when it clearly says on the notice closes at 6.

Doctors make you feel unwelcome and as if you are are some sort of inconvenience that is only there to waste there time plus when I moved to the surgery they doubled my very addictive sleeping tabs by mistake, I didn't realise it was a mistake n thought they surely know what they are doing, anyway when my dad died I went to them for help due to a suffer from mental health issues, well there reaction was enough for me to finally leave the surgery, at witch time they halfed the sleeping tabs witch by then I'd been on for over a year and denied they ever had made the mistake in the 1st place. Goes without saying I had a complete breakdown, just recovered recently. Would strongly suggest to avoid this surgery REALLY!!!
