Had my wisdom teeth removed here and first removal, absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault it at all and so friendly during the whole process. Came back 3 weeks later, expecting the same process but unfortunately it wasn’t. I ended up having the training student remove my other tooth and inject me with the anaesthesia. She seemed to struggle to remove this tooth and I was worried she was going to break the rest of my bottom teeth, with the force she was using. Was bleeding quite a lot after this and she had to pack it to stop the bleeding. Few hours go by and the numbness has disappeared. The pain is something I couldn’t even describe! Started taking pain killers and ibuprofen from this point onwards. Onto the next day, I find the packing has dissolved and the pain accelerates even more. I come back to this dentist with much ease and find out the student dentist had bruised inside my gums with the anaesthesia but now given me a dry socket also. This dentist I saw when I came back was incredible, she explained what she was putting into my gum to ease some pain and it worked! Fast forward 2 days and I’ve overdosed accidentally on painkillers due to needing the pain relief to get by in the day and my face and mouth is swollen and I am in so much pain, that I have not slept through the night and having to ring the emergency number to be seen again today. The person who did this, should’ve been monitored with closer inspection or let the qualified dentist do the procedure as I am now suffering the consequences. Please do not let her do any further removals!!
Avoid this place like the plague.nTrainee dentist first of all stuck the needle of anaesthetic in my lip, apologised then proceeded to extract my tooth before anaesthetic kicked in and all the while the main dentist,who should have been supervising the procedure was sat on the couch oblivious to what was happening because it appears that there were much more important things happening on their mobile phone
Absalutely marvellous couldn't ask for a better dentist and they such lovely staff there expecially if your nervous about dentist like I am couldn't thank them enough
absolutely amazing staff and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my procedure.
Absolutely horrendous service. I was referred there 6 months ago, completed the form the day it came to say I did want to be seen and personally hand delivered it. I was told I would be waiting 4-6 weeks, I waited rang and was told I am on the list but now the wait was more like 8 weeks but I would not be waiting that long due to being on the list. Again nothing, rang and chased and told the wait was now 12 weeks but that they would add me to the reserve list. Weeks pass and nothing, I ring and get told I'm no longer on their list and they couldn't understand why. The receptionist was apologetic and again said they would add me to the cancellation list. Phone call to offer me a 9am appt in 2 days time, I thought great. I turn up today at 8.50 for my appointment to be told that all of the dentists had rung in sick and that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call to tell me, they text me AFTER I left to say it had been cancelled and no offer of another appointment any time soon. Disgrace.
