I've been a client of this dentists for many years and I have been very happy with my treatment and with the friendliness of all the staff from the dentists to the nurses and receptionists... until recently, that is. There is a fairly new receptionist there who really should be given an intensive course in customer service. She's really rude and arrogant, a bit like an old headmistress but more rude. I'm seriously considering making a formal complaint.
Was with this dentist for years, however I've been waiting since lockdown start for them to see me about a broken tooth, after being put on a "wait list" called today to find out what's going on they've stopped doong a wait list and couldn't give me an answer to when I'd be seen. Avoid.
Left there feeling quite angry and emotional. I was spoken too like i was a naughty child. I was questioned and ridiculed about me being deaf and how can i understand what hes saying if im deaf. I said i lip read he laughed and said whatever. Absolutley shocked and disgusted and as a disabled member of the community i didnt expect to be questioned and riduciled for my disability. I dont want to take my kids back there.
Such a wonderful Dental practice, my family and I have been patients here for around 16 years and they have always been incredibly professional, friendly and skillful. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and I was quite scared not only about the tooth but also how safe it would be with Coronavirus. I needn't have worried I spoke to the lovely Dentist on the phone before being seen , and my appointment was so well handled and I felt safe and well cared for. The Dentist Sara Jafar was so kind and explained everything to put my mind at rest .Thank you so much everyone who works there , all of you are amazing.

Always received poor service here, but kept going as it's a nightmare to register with a different NHS dentist. Tried to book an appointment today and was told I am no longer registered with them as I have not had an appointment since two years before the pandemic started. I explained that I had tried to book appointments several times prior to the pandemic, but the text message reminders they sent with links to book appointments never worked, and I could never get through on the phone. Absolutely could not care less.
Had to take my mother who has dementia, has toothache. The dentist Callum and assistant sorry didn’t catch your name we’re wonderfully patient with her. Couldn’t get her to have the treatment she needed but she is being referred. Lovely dentist I have to say
Awful service, crown they fitted fell out, impossible to get through on phone for emergency appointment, finally got through and got an appointment, crown was refitted but fell out 3 days later, rang again as was in pain hoping they would fit me in quickly, was told i already had an appointment for 2 weeks time and would have to wait, ended up paying another dentist locally who have done a much better job.
My eight year old son had a hole in his tooth and he was in so much pain. fair play to the staff here they made him feel safe and at ease, like most mums I was nervous especially when he had to have a needle but they were great. The talked him through what they were doing and even took a pic with him to show his dad. He has no more pain and he is no longer scared of the dentist. Thanks guys your amazing
My wife and son came to Bryant’s dental practice this week after it was highly recommended to them. They were really impressed with the whole experience. The practice is very clean, and the staff are professional and friendly and put you at ease if you are nervous. Stephen took time to explain different treatments available. We live in Carmarthen and are prepared to travel this distance for such a good dentist. By far the best we have been to.
