Driving into the port everything is well signposted. Border control can be a bit on the slow side. The staff on the ticket booths are usually friendly and helpful. This is my port of choice when travelling abroad.

Signage on entry of the port before custom is very poor and confusing. Security is awful.

The ice was like a motocross track, the ice skates hurt like hell and the staff couldn’t even provide us with the skates before the overpriced 45 minute session started and we were there 30 minutes early with pre-booked tickets! £28.00 is certainly not worth the trouble or the lack of value.
