Just off the A20 roundabout signposted Freight Clearance. Very busy truckstop they do there best to accommodate all. Concreted yard bays marked out decent facilities covid aware rules and regulations enforced masks worn. Cafe good staff friendly and a good laugh good at what they do. Coffee and food good made welcome by staff but they were the same with other drivers which was nice to see. As I'm weekend this is a good place to stay. Dover is an enchanting place steeped in history.. I been there this weekend and they are maintaining the same high standards
Whent in there to park today, and the way the staff talk to drivers is disgusting, especially the staff in the cafe. Some of these people don’t deserve a job. They speak to people like they are trash. These drivers are customers and it’s time motis realised that. Without drivers they wouldn’t be in a job. It’s expensive to park and you Even have to pay for a shower on top of parking. Dover truck park is starting to do customs clearance and it’s a lot cleaner, cheaper and more polite staff. If the drivers were treated with a smile or a cheerful face perhaps the drivers wouldn’t be so miserable back. The last place these drivers want to be is sat in motis, make them a bit more welcoming for Christ sake.
Great place to clear customs and park over night with toilets and showers, and the cafe food is not bad either and a little shop with a few supplies to keep you going.
Much better than it was , very polite now and good agents between customs and drivers .
Very good and safe truck parking. £2 for shower thats very expensive compare with any other place.
These guy's are great never have a problem here cafe upstairs is really good value and food is good
For 24hours rest, no free meal, pay extra for shower, you have to pay 70 pounds... or 120 euros!!! Thieves!!! Most expensive parking in my life! Not recommended! If parking is full, you park on dirt!! And pay this extreme price!!!, also their exchange sistem... pay with card pay one extra pound for that also ... Our bank exchange rate made 70 pounds = 85 euro, they ask in euro 120 euro!! Ripoff!! In services on motorway you would of payed arround 35 pounds and you get a free meal and shower! They didn't even show the prices on the entrence of the site! Ripoff! Totally don't park here!!
Cleared customs here. Friendly bunch and was as quick as they could be.
Great place to load no messing around staff excellent service
There is fast food, wide and clean showers £ 2 or € 3, located in the city and accessible to everywhere. Shops, restaurants, barbecue, Dover Castle is an interesting landmark. The parking lot works 24/7and can found a place at any time the exception is when there is a storm at sea, but do not make plans for a long vacation there 45 hours because the price is rising like an avalanche, guess because the parking lot is customs. Almost forgot for fishing spot.
