Refreshingly knowledgable. One of very few post offices in the South West that know what they're doing when it comes to Click and Drop, and we've been to a LOT. Staff are always friendly, excellent customer service.
The staff are friendly, however this is the slowest post office EVER, and there's loads of things you cannot do here such as: Click & Drop printing and any type of official stuff like Driving licence/passport applications etc. And don't bother going in December - The queue will be out the door. Not impressed at all.
Great service, very quick. Contrary to previous reviews, you can do printerless Amazon returns at this branch.
