I know the staff do their very best and North Somerset is regularly rated as high performers. We all have to accept that in modern times, no council will do anything like the number of services they used to.

Absolutely useless. Since renewing the green waste collection they've struggled to provide the promised service often being at least a day late, currently looking like at least 2 days. No update on their website, telephone answering non existent and a website reporting system that beggars belief.

Dreadful. My particular request is covered only by ERROR 404. I can find no way of contacting any one concerning my particular requirement. It would appear the Council have at last achieved their aim of distancing themselves from the rate payers. 
I would like to rate it zero, as that is what I have achieved, but the system prob ably won't allow that.
