Disappointing Quality and Service – Would Not Recommend I ordered tiles from Porcelain Superstore to expand a kitchen project using the exact same tile I’d ordered previously. Unfortunately, the "same" tiles were actually a few millimeters off in size, an issue only noticeable once they were partially installed. Customer service pointed to a vague batch disclaimer buried in their terms, and they refused to offer any compensation, even though they never made us aware of this critical difference when placing a repeat order. Poor quality control and lack of accountability – I wouldn’t trust them for any future project!
I ordered 15 packs of Canyon Beige 2cm Outdoor Tiles. I understand tiles can vary in appearance but was disappointed to see these were a completely different colour to what was advertised as in the images attached. Due to the practicalities of laying the slabs I decided to accept the order but wanted to let the customer services team know the product was not sold to specification. Considering I'd accepted their error, I thought I would at least be treated with some respect but instead of at least an apology I was provided with Ts&C's as to why the situation was my fault. It's not my fault they sell products with false advertising. I now see in the Google reviews this is a common occurrence and had I checked that first I could have avoided this company.
Well...tiles are beautiful, price is good I guess never ordered outdoor tiles before. Quick customer service and replacements not so quick with the second replacement batch! But! In the initial order and then replacement order I keep on having cracked tiles 8-10 per order, thats a lot. And some are now bend! Packaging arrives soaking wet inside which is clearly not protecting anything and hard to unpack. Now I have works starting this week in the garden and I am stuck with a bunch of faulty heavy tiles, who is paying for the skip as I don't need them? And my order is not full...you need to look into this supplier and storage to avoid this. : Looking at the reviews they seem to be working better for small orders as it's easy to check. Add on: was asked to load faulty tiles for collection. Customer service is not managing to understand that I cannot move 100+ porcelain 60x90 tiles to rearrange faulty ones and put them on a palette for them to collect. And that my husband works in the office working hours and my hourly paid workman needs to start his work work. And telling me, I quote: "we need those other tiles to be on the pallet ready for collection tomorrow. If you can ask your workmen and husband to do this tomorrow." before I get my replacement is a bit pushy!!! I said we will do it but we need more time...
Black Glitz wall tiles. Struggling to get Black grout off the tiles. Used porcelain cement residue remover, after the usual soap and water didn’t touch it. The residue still wouldn’t come off. Bought white wine vinegar and scrubbed them with that. The tiles have been scrubbed and washed down 14 times now over a 5 hour period by 2 tilers. They’ve never known anything like it. Went on instagram to a tilers forum, the comment came back as cheap tiles!!! Perhaps sealing them first might have helped but shouldn’t need to do this with porcelain tiles. It’s been horrendous. Don’t buy.
I recently asked for some tile samples. They were sent free of charge, packaged beautifully and delivered by Evri. What a service. The follow up emails have been friendly, professional and very customer oriented. As a result, I'm purchasing my tiles from you even tho’ it means I spend a bit more than budgeted. It is rare to see such a professional service these days. Well done.
From ordering a sample to placing an order, the service and communication was exemplary. We were so pleased with the kitchen tiles, we ordered more to go round the rest of the room. They look anmazing and we have received so many compliments.
Absolutely awful!! Ordered 35 boxes of tiles when they came the tile was completely the wrong colour, phoned the company straight away while driver waited was told nothing could be done would have to email. Sent an email and was told sorry we will collect given a random date make sure they are in the pallet for collection. Emailed back to say not a convenient time for me and I couldn’t put them all back in the pallet. Told well that’s the only way we can send you the correct tiles. This emailing went back and forth with much more time wasting. This company’s customer service is shocking!

I recently bought some bathroom floor tiles from Porcelain Superstore, most of which had what looked like brown stains on them. Both my builder and I assumed that it was just grime that would clean off. However, once the tiles were laid it became clear that the marks were indelible. When I complained, Porcelain Superstore informed me that the tiles had been deliberately aged and distressed, and the unsightly brown marks were a result of the manufacturing process. Porcelain Superstore have supplied me with floor tiles that will look permanently dirty and, so far as I am concerned, are not of merchantable quality. To attempt to justify that on the basis that the tiles have been deliberately aged and distressed is so shameless it is almost funny.
Liz and Hannah were absolutely amazing in helping me sort my kitchen tiles. Fantastic customer service, such a smooth process from start to finish. Couldn't recommend Porcelain Superstore more. Thank you!
