Have bought online and also visited Poppy Red. Great choice of shoes for children and also bought for myself. Always had excellent and professional customer service from lovely, warm staff who know what customer service is all about. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.

Lovely friendly kids shoe shop. Great range of shoes that are fabulous quality and last - important when you have a son who plays football in whatever shoes he wears! Brilliant staff who take the time to understand what you're after, measure your children's feet and don't moan when they ask to try on about 15 different styles. As good an experience as shopping for kids shoes can be!

I love this shop and so do my kids, they are always treated so well and looked after. the staff are lovely and can't do enough to help. Even tho they have a website I can get the shoes off I will keep going to the store for that personal touch

My two young daughters can be very demanding when it comes to shoes. On the, too frequent, occasions they require footwear, Poppy Red is always the first port of call. The staff there could not be.more helpful or knowledgeable, coupled with an excellent range to suit all budgets. I am the first to admit when it comes to trends in youngsters fashion I am fairly clueless. My girls tell me that they can always see what they want at Poppy Red and the fact that they make a purchase each time speaks volumes. Well worth a visit.
