Hi just wanted to say what a fabulous experience my sister and I had at the Ilkley store last Sunday. We were there for 3 hours, bought £650s worth of shoes and the staff, especially Caroline, we're excellent. Her customer service is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we got coffee. We definitely will be back.

Not impressed as i was totally ignored whilst staff were talking re work. One seemed to be quite bossy towards the other which was not good. I interveined and said'Is this a staff meeting', to gain attention to be served . I felt sorry for blonde haired girl staff who appeared to me to being told off by the youngér girl

My absolute favourite shop in Ilkley .I never can resist leaving the shop with at least two pairs of sandals and a handbag!!! The lady who works there is so friendly and pleasant!!!!!

The staff are very attentive and friendly they are very familiar with there stock which in this day and age I find very refreshing. The shoes are of the highest quality and are extremely fashionable they are also comfortable.
