Always enjoy a few hours down at Poole Park. We take the kids down there with their scooters and they'll lap round the cricket oval as it's all nicely tarmaced and fairly level. Also we like to walk round the lake and 'use' the gym equipment. Two nice play areas with swings, slides climbing frames etc... Parking is free for 2 hours as well. There is a couple of places to get ice creams and an indoor play area. In the summer you can take a boat out on the lake.
Well maintained free car park with great amenities very close although, because of this, it can get very busy.

Very nice place to go for some exercise and fresh air
A great place to relax. Car parking is free for 2 hours. You can walk around the edge of the entire lake. There are many aquatic birds that congregate in this area. There's lots for kids to do including crazy golf and boating. It's also quite close to Poole town centre so very convenient.
A lovely place for a walk or a picnic. Nice views over the lake. Mini golf, ice cream, pedal boats and a kids play park. Ice cream or play park? It's swings and roundabouts really.
Free parking! Can’t complain
Home to the second biggest natural Harbour on the planet this is a beautiful place to be BA tropical Lagoon in the summer huge walks kayaking canoeing restaurants all along Poole Park area peaceful just nice to be at one with nature and if you need an expresso they're not far away
Excellent park. Free parking. Waaaay too few spaces took us ages to get in.
Lovely place lots to do.cafe not very good food was poor but pricey coffee ok .However Park Is great .water with boats on good fun .Shame the trains gone ,but you can feed the Ducks and have a lovely walk around the park
