Really great and professional staff here, excellent customer service. Obviously they know and enjoy what they do. Parking spaces right at the entrance.

Very helpful,  spent tome looking for a part but unfortunately  it was obsolete.  They did reccomend somewhere else though which was nice

Not a bad place for the not so readily available stuff a little pricey but the guys are very knowledgeable on the stuff.

Good place to go for PVC door and windows parts. The staff know their stuff, and helped in getting the right sized door latches. Prices are good too, for the part I wanted it was cheaper than even the trade stores. I will shop there again next time I need to do any repairs to our double glazing or PVC doors.

A great place to go if you need anything to do with ironmongery including upvc hinges, locks etc

In this world of internet shopping it was a pleasure to be able to TALK to someone who knew their stuff and were able to offer sound advice. Very very helpful company and they had new locks for my conservatory windows.

Would have been five stars but item now obsolete. However, a suitable alternative offered.Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, would recommend this company
