While waiting for a friend to arrive on the bus I was kicked out of the station completely by a very rude member of staff who said if I was not getting a bus I was not allowed to be sitting in the station. I was then made to stand in the freezing cold and rain. I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat people like this especially as I was causing no trouble sitting in the unlike some kids who ride bikes through the station and fight each other.
Guy in office extremely helpful with getting my bus pass after West yorkshire said i lived in South Yorkshire and South Yorkshire said i lived in West Yorkshire . I now live in Pontefract bus staion only way he could renew my pass much mire helpful than Barnsley bus station office
toilets locked, asked security if the toilets were working was told no in an attitude of a manner, asked if he knew where nearest toilets was he said no and looked away, it took another security woman to say nearest one is morrisons or weatherspoons, this mans attitude stunk, why do you think your better than us cos ya security, ya better than nobody and your attitude stinks how you have a job on this area confuses me, will not be using that bis station ever again,
Nice clean station, staff in travel centre very helpful, lovely cafe in there as well
It's a bus station with toilets. Groups of people congregate after 6 p.m. and are always loud. There is no center manager, only security.
