Don't bother ringing in the morning 35 mins engaged and still no answer we'll be dead before we get an appointment what a joke

I would just like to mention how great my last 2 appointments have been. Each time I have seen a young female doctor Dr Pavey. Drs don't get the gratitude they deserve often enoigh. I have attended once for myself and once for my 18 month old son. Each time she listened and explained everything clearly politely and was so helpful. We both now have a clear path of what we need to do to get to the bottom of each of our ailments. She gave clear advice and for the first time in a long while I have gone away feeling like action is being taken. Thank you so much Dr Pavey you are a truly brilliant Dr. Any follow ups either myself or my son need from now on I will be asking for you specifically. Thank you again

telephoned @ 10.40 phone answered straight away, told appointments from 11.00a.m., said I will sit here watching the clock until 11.00a.m. rang @ 11.01a.m. engaged same for the next 55 minutes. told one story regarding blood test results time it takes then told to book appointment for couple of days time, but ring to see if test results back, if not have to change Doctors appointment. also informed the test may take 3-4 days but ring anyway! wonder if I will get through in decent time,. Once seeing the Doctor etc no problem but the reception area needs a difinative structure of correctness in appointments etc, initial response could of dealt with appointment there and then as obviously they were just sat there to answer in quick succession?
