After discussing what was on the X-Rays came to the conclusion out was better than filling. This was done with great care and respect for myself as a patient. Caroline the Dental nurse whom I've known for ages as a was always on hand with her care making me feel relaxed. Even had a chat after. Cyfarthfa are caring. Not like some where your a number not a person. Thanks guys see you in 12 months.
Excellent. After not very good service from My Dentist in both Brecon and Crickhowell, this practice and the sister practice in Brecon have been excellent. The receptionists in Merthyr are lovely, efficient and helpful and both the dentists I have seen emergency NHS in Brecon and private with Paul in Merthyr have been excellent. They quickly and professionally reversed the pain caused by the previous dentist and offered me a treatment plan that shows knowledge, experience and care for their patients.
Professional and polite service by all staff. Kelson explains things step by step in a calming but informative way that would instill confidence in any patient also the advice he gives is thorough and clear.
I have been going to cyfarthfa dentist for many years and have always had a very professional service. The team there are always happy to answer all your questions and personally I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Cyfarthfa Dental Care dentist Paul has always given me excellent care for my dental problems. All the staff are very friendly and give excellent care too. Highly recommend this lovely caring practice.
I recently had a tooth out and a clean at Cyfarthfa. Everyone there is fantastic and make you feel at ease. The only way it could be better is if I had more teeth for them to check.

Great practice. Nothing is ever too much for them. All my family members are currently registered and we all receive 5 star service. My daughter used to be nervous of our old dentist at just age 6 but now she loves attending. They also encourage her to brush her teeth more often and she always listens to them.
Yesterday I had an extraction with sedation, This is the first time I have tried sedation and both Paul and the nurse who assisted were really understanding. I felt comfortable and safe as everything was explained clearly so I knew what to expect. I have always been very nervous with certain dental procedures, but from yesterday, I now know I don’t have to be. I didn’t feel anything, have no swelling whatsoever and am very grateful for the treatment I received. Many thanks.
