I went in and saw Claire for a check up and impressions and she was absolutely fantastic. I am new to the surgery and I do find visiting the dentist a nervous experience. She made me feel at ease immediately and was very friendly and professional. The dental nurse Fiona was also brilliant and very friendly. Both of them spoke to me throughout to keep me relaxed and gave me great advice on looking after my teeth. The receptionist also gave me a warm welcome and goodbye and was also very friendly. 10/10 and would highly recommend the surgery.
Not happy what so ever ...... lack of communication was astonishing . And no consideration to the distance people travel to get here . There should be a reimbursement for fuel . And cancelled work my end. Especially when they cancel your private treatment appointment without telling you . And no one knows why or how its happened. And then the dentist just smerks at you and walks off . .... Im not impressed ! . . Practice manager however was a very nice lady and very nice to me explaining things .. . & professional too .
Got recommended this dental and it was absolutely stinking drove all away from pontypool I was 5 minutes late although given a call beforehand once I arrived they turned me away and the staffs His attitude was rotten would not recommend and the actual shop is worse than a dog house
After a weekend with horrendous toothache, I had an emergency appointment at the centre with Clare the dentist. She not only sorted out my toothache, but arranged to get my dentures repaired as well ,all done within a few days. Thank you all so much.
The most professional dentist I have ever visited, from the reception staff to the dentist themselves. They give you all the information you need. Very helpful and glad Im with this practice.
I had the worst tooth ache imaginable and found that they were very quick to get me an emergency appointment to look and ease the pain. then within a few days they had me back in resolved the issue with my filling and even fixed an other issue that could have troubled me in the future. always polite and cordial while really looking after you as a customer even though it was on the NHS. thank you guys in the most positive sense i hope i don't have to come see you in that capacity however if i do i know that you will help resolve it with speed.
Turned up for my appointment earlier today where I was 5 minutes late due to difficulty finding a parking space, as I was standing at reception to book in, my dentist Neel kapur walked past me and I was told by the girl at reception I was 6 minutes late and that Neel was getting changed and going for dinner. She went and asked him if he would see me, but refused and I was told to make another appointment. I was totally annoyed by this as I had left work early and travelled over 15 miles to get there. It was obvious to me that the dentist was more concerned in going for lunch rather than seeing to his patient. I have had many appointments at the dentist in the past and have always had to wait up to 30 minutes past my appointment time, but when I'm 5 minutes late he refused to see me. Unfortunately I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone, totally unacceptable.
Very friendly receptionists when you can get through on the phone, but consistently late with appointments Rarely see the same dentist more than once so impossible to build any relationship or talk about any on-going issues
Cannot recommend these highly enough, absolutely fabulous, brilliant at dealing with people with serious dental phobias, 5 stars
Disctisting manor they treat people I had phoned for an appointment with a really bard tooth I was refused an appointment by the staff spoken so rudely to and all I could here in the back ground is loughing and then to be told they would give me an appointment the 6th January then it went to the 20th of January this dental practice is joke do not bother using them
