Interesting wee house from the 1800s. Worth a brief visit if you're in the area. Bill who works there is friendly and knowledgeable.

Step off Church Street, through the Entry and your transported back in time to the ancestral home of Alexander Irvine, author of "My Lady of the Chimney Corner" The cottage is in it's original state and is carefully preserved by Antrim Council. There is a visitor guide on hand to explain the significance of Irvine and his writings and also take you through the cottage and the attached interpretive centre. Well worth a visit if your in Antrim.
