Have been dealing with pms a few years. Never once could I find fault with anything .. there sales reps are so lovely and friendly always advising us best especially Alan my rep There customer service team is lovely and if they can help you will or they will pass you through to the right person ... and the accounts dept especially Angela who I deal with is always so good humoured. It's a pleasure dealing with a company that we cater to the customer needs
PMS has been one of my top suppliers for about 10 years. They are brilliant. Very few issues and the few I did have were all sorted straight away. A very wide selection of stock at very good prices. I recommend them strongly to all.

My Autistic son played with one of PMS’ toys which exploded a liquid all over him. Naturally, this caused a meltdown. My emails were ignored initially. Very unsatisfactory.
While visiting Macclesfield I purchased an 0.5 litre Summit s/s vacuum flask from a local chemist, which unfortunately proved to be defective. As I lived 250 miles from the place of purchase, I could not easily return it for replacement. I contacted PMS who were the group supplying the item, explained the situation and asked what possible redress I might have. The company promptly contacted me and after supplying an identifying photo of the item to them, sent me a replacement flask by next day courier.nSuch excellent customer service is positively exemplary and I'll have no hesitation in recommending this company's products to my wider circle of friends.nHow refreshing that PMS values their customers so - it's a certain way to win repeat business.
