AVOID!!
Items not in stock, very delayed "dispatch" and on the end order never arrived. Unregistered mail and no tracking information or any proof of postage available, probably it was never dispatched first hand.
I will get a refund if the order was in transit for 14 working days...let's see, I have to wait another week now. I placed my order 2.5 weeks ago.

Extremely poor service. Tried to return some adhesive to Plumbing Supermarket and they really didn't like it. I emailed them so many times with no reply. In the end I threatened to report them to Amazon.co.uk where I purchased the product and when they finally replied they were so rude and abrupt, with no apology. I returned my adhesive via Royal Mail's tracked service. The parcel showed as delivered but they refused to refund me as I didn't use a signed for service. In the end I had to report them to Amazon and it was Amazon that refunded me. I will certainly NOT be using Plumbing Supermarket again. I believe Plumbing Supermarket to be a very dishonest Yorkshire business, who is so tight fisted that they can't even handle a simple return. Please read all reviews before purchasing from Plumbing Supermarket and I would recommend that you stay well away!

Ordered a burglar alarm part through Amazon. It arrived as ordered, well packaged, undamaged and well within the time estimate. What's not to like?

Dreadful service but as refund via Amazon you cannot rate it. Did not respond to queries where item was. When I asked where it was or I would be asking for refund just got email to say I have been refunded. No apology. Had cheek to offer to buy it again and get it in 3 days!
