Really down to earth staff who are really nice and are more than happy to help. Had our dryer in stock and helped load it i to the car. To be honest, every PC World I have been to staff have always been really nice and helpful. A great company to shop with.
One person at the repair counter, covering the "pay here" counter too. 2 people ahead of me both wanting to discuss repairs. I was buying a single item. I waited 15 minutes to be served. Other staff came behind the counters and left to do other things. Taking payment is clearly not a priority.
Went to pick up an order for my partner, the staff came over and helped me right away and lad who had brought the parcel down helped me all the way to my car, in the pouring rain and was so willing and helpful every step. Even helped me fit the parcel in my car!
Large spacious store with good range of products under one roof. Very clear and tidy and we'll layed out. Staff friendly too and easy parking outside. Would recommend as no issues.
Had x2 washer/dryers 1st lasted 2.5week 2nd 2days both same model both leaked from underneath. Bought online but MEL on repair desk sorted both the replacement and the collection of the machines. She was absolutely snowed under but did a great job. Ty MEL
Needed to buy a new cooker and fridge freezer staff very helpfull and when asked questions about the items we had chosen he was able to answer them, so staff good store clean well set out prices reasonable the only gripe was that the items were not in stock and had to be ordered this wasn't to much of a problem as we were given an approx date for the goods to be delivered however then curry's in my opinion then ruined a perfectly good shopping experience by charging me £20.00 delivery having just spent nearly a thousand pounds with them surely free delivery would have been in order? Curry's please be mindfull AO. Com do not Charge delivery whilst writing this to date we have still not received our delivery?
Went for a new microwave, shop does what it says on the Tin but the staff I know they are doing their jobs need to understand once a customer says they are ok browsing and don't need help. Do not come back time after time asking same question.
All I can say is Thankyou to the amazing staff. I was very impressed with the sales man Ali he was informative, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Another member of the staff was a credit to anyone such a kind and pleasant young man. Thankyou Curry's
Very disappointed, went looking bfor Chromebooks and hardly any in store, plenty of laptops. Asked an assistant if that was all they had and the reply was I don't know. Shame Currys have the monopoly on things like this to go and look at. Will try and find elsewhere, like to look at items as buy online
Some times, if you just need to buy something, and you need to see it in the flesh, and need to be able to compare it against its competitors, there is no substitute for a local, well stocked shop with a great choice. Curry's at Barnsley ticked all the boxes. The staff were pleasant and well informed. I might dump the PC and go actual shopping again
