As pervious reviews - ordered beleiving item will be a few days delivery from Barnsley. Spoken to someone and said I could get the same product next day and cheaper else where but had already placed was promised that it would be here today (Friday 1st September) without fail. Rang up and was fobbed off with a story that the delivery firm was having “a bad day” accepted no responsibility and said that I’ll have to wait until Monday. On previous promises I had arranged for fitting that I’ve had to cancel now and will have to wait another week without hot water.

AVOID!! Items not in stock, very delayed "dispatch" and on the end order never arrived. Unregistered mail and no tracking information or any proof of postage available, probably it was never dispatched first hand. I will get a refund if the order was in transit for 14 working days...let's see, I have to wait another week now. I placed my order 2.5 weeks ago.

Terrible Service took a week to tell me they were going to dispatch an item no communication I had to chase them. Once they did reply they where not much help DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Truly terrible company. DO NOT USE! I order a light switch, delivery was slow & when it arrived they had sent the wrong item. They would not even acknowledge this fact until I had provided a photo of the wrong item. They would then not issue a replacement until they received the item back so I posted it and patiently waited. I had to post the item myself, but they told me in writing that they would refund postage costs up to £5. 2 weeks after I had returned the item, I had no update so chased asking when the replacement item would be sent. A couple of days later they replied telling me a refund had been processed. Obviously I wanted a replacement item, there was no explanation as to why they had chosen to not send a replacement and simply told me to reorder which I obviously will not be doing! I am still waiting for the £5 to refund my postage costs and they have continuously refused my requests for an escalation contact or details of their complaints procedures. The responses from their employee Robyn Hargreaves have been blunt and unprofessional throughout - clearly he/she needs a new career outside of customer service!

Website shows items in stock but its actually requested from supplier. Very much delayed delivery and no date when it might arrive. Poor customer service and no responsibility take.
