I’ve had problems with everything that I have ever ordered from here. I’ve said to myself I wouldn’t use them ever again but did on Monday, rather than driving to Williams in Aylesford, I bought a Vaillant combi boiler with cash for the job the next day. On Tuesday the customer had decided they didn’t want to swap for a combi and wanted another heat only boiler, I took the combi back all in the original box and was then told their policy is to send a cheque out in the post for any purchase over £150 that is refunded. I asked if it could be exchanged for a heat only boiler and was told no it has to be refunded. I called head office and had a moan and called on the Friday to find out where the cheque was only to then be told it takes them 3 weeks to write a cheque
After visiting the Chelmsford show room, where the service was excellent. I visited the Sidcup branch to arrange delivery and the staff were also excellent, giving a delivery to within a one hour timespan.
Always my first choice for plumbing accessories. The staff members in each branch seem to be very knowledgeable in their field, and have advised me in the past on my heating and plumbing questions.
Don't have the product I require staff were pleasant
