Awful service, Lets start with the lady who measured the kitchen Stacey,The measurements were completely wrong. She sold us the kitchen and then nether bothered emailing us back when we asked for a copy of the drawing.Also she recommended we purchased a extractor which we thought we did and agreed on only to find out they didn't include it and the charged us extra!! Secondly Howdens where very pushy insisting we take delivery of the new kitchen asap.when they delivered the kitchen, the worktop was wrong and also a number of the units! A complete mess resulting in our kitchen installers adding anther day. The kitchen units all had soft close,this did not work on 2 of the units.when we spoke with Howdens with regards to the issue they were completely useless offering no solution,the kitchen installer had to heat the plastic catch and bend in place so it would work!! Quality products! I asked to speak with a manager about the issues,I was told i would get a call back which i did not.I then visited the store and spoke with a gentleman called Stuart who said he would have to have a chat with he's manager about the issues and call me back but surprise surprise they never did! I went with Howdens as they have a good reputation of quality products and good service, this is NOT the case at maidstone!

I like Howdens Joinery in Maidstone, they have extremely helpful staff and a massive range of products from Kitchens to Staircases. Their deals are pretty hard to beat. Open six days a week on the Haslemere Industrial Estate, Parkwood in Maidstone. Highly recommended.

Went to Howdens in Maidstone this Saturday morning and was closed despite the opening hours on its website saying it should be open. I had travelled a long way so very frustrating.

I am not a trade customer and only needed a small fixing for a broken kitchen cupboard. Wow - they really went out of there way to help me. Thanks guys

Howdens design and supply the majority of our kitchen refurbishment requirements. Jake is an absolute star there and always pulls out the stops to help us, would certainly recommend them to any of our associates.
