Went there today to meet Sarah to start the purchase of a home for myself. No meeting just the girl behind the cout
Our solicitor has been working with Pleass Thomson on a property transaction. As a business they rarely answer the phone, the solicitor required is frequently unavailable, and they don't reply to emails in a timely fashion. I wouldn't recommend that you work with them on the basis of our experience. Their conduct has made the transaction stressful, prolonged and upsetting.
Efficient and friendly staff. Services offered are superb. Been using the same solicitor for over 3 years now. Understand complex situations and work through them logically.
Excellent service. I purchased a house, during the whole process the solicitors were helpful and efficient and all the paperwork was put together very professionally. Definitely recommend.
