I used Hs Legal Solicitors to sell my leasehold flat. Throughout the process they were efficient and made sure I was updated every step of the way. In particular Sophie Humfrey was extremely helpful and diligent while working on my case. She made sure that my Flat was sold as quickly as possible even while dealing with a difficult Freeholder and managing agent. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of a Solicitor for conveyancing purposes.

I used this firm as they offered a cheap quote for a flat purchase and remortgage. You really do get what you pay for.
The purchase completed on the day my mortgage offer expired - it felt like it was pushed through and even on the day of completion they were raising a number of enquiries with me. The remortgage took nearly a year to complete. A WHOLE YEAR FOR A REMORTGAGE!!!
Weeks would go by without any work being done. My lender had 4 outstanding issues. 7 weeks later when I asked for an update the lender had the same 4 outstanding issues! what had the firm been doing? when I asked for a timeline of events my email was ignored. In fact many emails to the senior partners were ignored, or simply not responded to.
I'll never use this firm again, and I'll never recommend this firm to anyone either.
Judging by the other reviews they seem ok for visa applications, but for anything property related.....FORGET IT!

I really recommend using Hs Legal Solicitors. The whole process is very intrusive and they make sure you are up to date with each process. Emily Egan from Hs Legal was acting as our case worker and she was always available via email and call in case of any queries. Excellent !!!!
