I found Ann to be incredibly rude and just an awful person, after going through the process for three months, I tried to arrange a call at a time that suited her and she adviced to call any time. I had to call three times and her colleague found it hilarious I wanted to speak with her. I finally got through and she launched a verbal attack, asking me what I do and if I'm at people beckon call. I tried to calmly speak to her and then she threatened to cancel me as a client. After this I changed solicitors. I'm so glad I did because my concerns about the contract were correct and I'd of made a huge mistake, despite Ann telling me it was fine. In summary she want to take your money but not do the work and has 0 people skills. Save yourself time and money by going with someone else.

Very helpful, family run business. Had quite a few obstacles with my house purchase. Lux Law sorted everything out in order for me to exchange and complete on the same day.  Excellent service, wonderful team. Thank you very Much Ann and all the staff for making a stressful time work out so well.

Wow where do I start I have used this efficient law firm 3 times in total to buy and sell and have always found them team efficient and contactable at all times. Very competitive fixed fees with no hidden extras very friendly personnel  and will always use these time and time again. Ann and team keep up the good work good local knowledge is essential and you guys have it all .

Used for both my mother and fathers probates. Three house sales...... all went through smoothly, staff very helpful and talked in a language that I understood with no hidden costs. Would definitely recommend them

Excellent service communication second to none. Have used this company for selling a year ago and now used them again for buying even though I'm 90 miles away  because I wouldn't get better service anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had the misfortune this week of having to deal with in my opinion  a bully - Ann Luxford of Lux Law. I feel the public has a right to know that after attempting on multiple occasions to amicably end discussions with Ann after approaching her for legitimate business reasons, she persisted in sending me unprofessional and hostile emails followed by a phone call where she screamed down the phone at me, which was witnessed and has lost me earnings! The most unprofessional, rude and unnecessarily hostile person I have ever dealt with. I have made a formal complaint with my evidence submitted to  Solicitors Regulation Authority & the legal ombudsman about her conduct this week!!!

Thankyou you to ann, katie and leah at the office! Dealt with my new build purchase for me with ease and a very smooth transaction overall! Will be back when we move next
