On a work night out, friend turned away as there were "too many guys inside", this is then proceeded by letting four gentlemen into the club. The bouncer's attitude towards our friend was absolutely atrocious and we will not be attending in future. Drunk and disorderly behaviour we can understand a refusal but turning someone away because of their gender is utterly disgusting.

Absolutely shocking place. Been twice, I was spiked the first time and my mate the second. Would not recommend. Poor excuse for a club.

Would not play Country Roads for my friend's birthday. It's her favourite song and was her 21st. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

This venue is a disgrace. The staff refused to give my sister her coat back as the ticket had been lost. They said this was because of “thieves”. However, I went back to retrieve it a few nights later, and they LET ME IN to the cloakroom as they couldn’t find it themselves. I was instantly taken aback as I thought they had some security standards given what they had told my sister. Sure enough, as I was allowed to search through the entire cloakroom, which was tiny, filthy, dusty, unsafe (boxes were falling on me) I couldn’t find the coat. It was gone. Clearly they routinely let people go in there to retrieve their own coats and it had been taken by the time I got there. Just a disgrace and I will be going to consumer standards about it. If you take money to provide a service like that the law says you must take reasonable care of the items.

"You're not getting in, there's too many guys in there" - don't even try it. Spiked drinks, crouded dance floor, bouncers living in the 90s.
