Poor customer service. Ordered a delivery from the ‘buy one get one free’ offer, but only got one meal. Apparently was supposed to order two of the item and they were going to assume I wanted the offer! Before ordering, I called the place to clarify the offer and this was not stated to me. The male staff was unapologetic and gave me the option of collecting by closing of that day, even though I explained I chose delivery and paid extra for the service because I wasn’t in the position to collect. Of course, he was not bothered. The burger was good but the customer service was terrible, so will not be returning.
Better than Archie’s. Wrap was filled very generously with chicken. Quality food. Enjoyed the milkshake.. quality ingredients used to achieve the thick creamy taste. They don’t skimp out here at least.
We waited 30 minutes for our burgers and another 10 minutes for our fries. After observing the staff for 40 minutes, I am convinced that they do not want to be working there. Either underpaid or have very little understanding about customer services and / or fast food in general. I blame the management more than the employees. Poor service and mediocre food, will not be returning.
Don't get me wrong milkshakes are the best in oldham. But the foods horrible. Just ordered and ate. Food was cold. They mixed my chips with half curly chips but they tasted like left overs. The burger meal was horrible. Bland with no flavour. IF I WAS YOU ORDER FOOD FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ONLY ORDER MILKSHAKES FROM HERE COS THATS THE ONLY THING THEY DO GOOD!!!!!! Defo not worth the money. Had to bin the food. SO ANNOYED!!
Bad attitude of male worker, was unsure on whether to pay for hot chocolate machine before or after. Asked him he ignored us stood in back of the shop having a conversation with the female worker.he then stood and watched us proceed to make them and then said ‘ are you going to pay for those’ very rudely I said yeah course was just cleaning away the rubbish he proceeded to say ‘yeah your supposed to pay first’ very much implying we was going to leave without paying them very rudely , I said sorry was unsure I did ask but no one replied - female worked stood giggling at us well he was being very rude wasn’t welcoming and made us feel uncomfortable so we didn’t order the food we wanted we left.
Zero customer service, crazy attitude from staff especially the guy the seemed to be In charge. Chicken burger came out pink and the fries came out cold. When I voiced this was greeted with skepticism and no apology once confirmed. Will not be returning
If I could leave lower than one star I would. In short rip off, undercooked, bland. Chicken tenders with chips - I open the box and the chips and chicken were pale. The chips were undercooked. Flavourless chicken - I make it tastier at home. It’s as if someone put them in the fryer for literally 2 SECONDS. Hubbys chicken burger was dry, hard, bland and also undercooked chips. Rather have gone kfc it’s cheaper and tastier. Or even greggs. Never going here ever again. Waste of money and time.
when ordering food instore keep an eye on the till as they add on extras without asking the cheeky buggers! Chicken burger is ok chips however were under cooked tbh not worth travelling to especially when you can buy better quality food in town centre oldham and much much cheaper. I dont understand why they so expensive! TBH i will not be going back any time soon
Brilliant food great customer services. Ordered 5 wings but I was given 8 instead for the price of 5. Great taste great customer services.
Second time eating at players and it was awful. First of all 3 inexperienced guys are working who have no idea of what customer service is and when I ordered half chicken and I specifically asked for 2 leg pieces to which the girl agreed and when we got our order it was half chicken, upon asking why i didn't have 2 leg piceces they replied they burned the other piece with no apology. The burgers we ordered was dry with no flavours at all,did not feel like fresh patties. The only thing that was good was the chicken.
