Brilliant soft play, great for kids parties, nice food ,very helpful staff, thank you very much
Worst soft play centre to go to... Very poor customer service. Staff are impolite, discriminative and inconsiderate... Food is not good. The prices charged don't tally up with what's written on the website. Staff sprayed air freshner in the toilet with the full knowledge that there is a customer inside the toilet. What if the customer is Asthmatic? Is that how they would kill the customer? The place is very run down and unfriendly. It's not got an attractive atmosphere. Would not return there.
Took our club to Play Kingdom last night and the staff couldn't have been any more hospitable. They opened late specifically for our group, catered for our every need and made us feel extremely welcome. Hope to make this a regular event now....... it's not easy entertaining a group of 20 + children with autism and disabilities!!
It is local and quite big, which is good but all the balls in the ball pit were dirty, there were toys for under 1s that were broken, the food was terrible and the staff don't enforce the rule that over 3s stay out of the baby section. On top of all of this, it is very expensive.
I was here today and I can safely say I won’t be going back! As soon as I walked into the building with my one year old daughter, one of the staff members looked at me as if I was stupid and as if she didn’t know what she was doing, I asked what door we had to go through and the way she said “that one” was in a very cheeky tone as if she said it to make me feel stupid. Toilets were dirty and the bin didn’t have a lid on it so I dropped my daughters nappy rash cream in it and I didn’t want to pick it back out because there was a lot of disposed nappies inside it. Another encounter was when we sat at one of the tables and a woman was cleaning all the tables with bleach which shouldn’t be allowed especially in a children’s amusement centre where they’re all going to breathe it in. I could tell the place was awful even as soon as I stepped foot inside, as there was only about 2 or 3 kids. It was completely empty. That woman also kept growling at us throughout the full day and I assume it was because we had our own drinks and didn’t buy anything. She was medium height with brown hair and a face full of makeup. Also read on one of the other reviews that a baby caught hand foot and mouth disease just after leaving here. I say this place should be closed down, I have no idea why this place is still running after all the poor reviews.
I come here a lot spending between £40.00to £60.00 at a time was told by one of girls that it was only 2 hour play when it's 13 th Aug and for most of summer we have been coming also g with gran kids 4 of them to soft play and food with them also buying our food and drinks and recommenxing to our families what a good place it is telling them not to listen to other reveiws the food what they've got isn't bad but need more variety but my gran kids love coming here yes I understand if very busy that 2 hour period but not busy when we came maybe about 10 kids But am angry that the girl only told me this not any other customer I have k own about this place through Danielle and her mum that's why we started coming daughter in law comes all the way fro. Castlemilk to come to your play and not happy about way we are treated
This place is filthy the girls toilet,s have been broke since god knows when, we had to use the disabled toilet and the sink was hanging off the wall, food was disgusting. Such a shame cause a good soft play is badly needed in the east end.
Terrible, the woman at the Cafe till was cheeky and badly needs a customer service course. the kids are left to do what they want including running up chutes that kids are coming down on. The place is a health and safety nightmare. The food is also disgusting.
I seen too many comment about food, of course even we make bad food sometimes for ourself that doesn’t mean the place is bad , I everything is good but the small place for under 1/2 should only use by small babies not bigger one . and little expensive
Food is nice, staff aren't really that nice we got told about its a 2 hour play at the holiday yet no one else got told this expect us, soft play it's self is needing a clean not that hard to clean it tbh been here idk how many times it's an OK soft play
