My experience in jungle in the city was amazing great atmosphere and makes you want to keep coming back. Jungle in the city is a great place if you want your children to run crazy and for you to sit back have a coffee and some food. You can look after your children and not have to worry about them escaping as only member of staff can open the entrance gate. The prices of food and drink are great best coffee I've ever had and they do great meals for yourself and children. Staff are amazing they will do anything to make sure you and your little one has a great experience while being in the jungle. Entry fees are great you will never want to leave because everything is there that you need. It's great when you are in with a birthday party watching all the children have a great time while all the other parents get together and chat it makes you want to have your little ones birthday in there stress free while staff do everything !! I recommend this soft play 100%
Jungle in the city has got to be the best soft play in Glasgow. It's particularly good for younger kids. It doesn't matter where you sit you can always see them in the play area. I have always found the staff very friendly, it's very reasonably priced and they serve good food. I had my boys 5th birthday party here and he loved it.
Fab, local family run play area. Kind of a hidden gem! Ive been taking my niece to the jungle for about a year now. What I like is the play areas a nice size, not too big so you don't 'lose' children as you might in a huge play centre! It's reassuring to be able to keep an eye so I quite happily let my niece go ahead and play without worrying. There's lots for wee ones to do and free wifi for me so I can quite comfortably sit and chill on the sofas with a coffee and nachos. Because it's local, there are plenty of regulars which is good for the children as they get to know the other wee ones and I find the prices are a lot better than the bigger places. The foods all home made, the soups yummy and I like that they don't sell chips! What a relief! The whole play areas been recently renovated and looks super and the owner is super smilie and friendly which is lovely. This place is a real favourite of my niece and we just keep coming back. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and also the reassurance of no escaping children! Thanks guys! : we'll see you soon :
Has recently had a makeover and looks way better. I've been taking my 3 year old here once or twice a month for 2 years. I find some of the other larger softplay centres too big and I spend most of the time having to follow my child around, whereas this place is very well laid out so you can sit and read a book and always know where your child is. It's well priced and serves a good cup of coffee too.
I would happily give this place 5 stars as my son loves coming for a play and the staff are lovely. However, we've tried to visit several times on a weekend and each time been turned away because the ENTIRE play centre is booked out for birthday parties. I don't begrudge anyone having a birthday party there but any other play centre I have visited successfully solves such an issue by having a designated section of the play centre for parties and the rest of the space left for everyone else. Is this not an option? It's a shame as this could be a great place but it alienates me to have this issue on a fairly continual basis.
Appallingly rude staff. Arrived at 4:45 knowing that they closed at 6pm. We have a 20month old child, so 1 hour of playtime in the under 3 area seemed ok to us. When we walked in, we rang a bell and waited and a lady showed up and very rudely said "We close at 6pm".. Naturally I said of course thats fine, and then she said.. well thats only an hour of play time, which i once again said is fine.. and she seemed shocked that we wanted to stay, and begrudgingly points us in the direction to go without even telling us where to pay, how much to pay. When we were started walking forwards, as thats where she pointed at us, she rudely says, please pay here first. At that point feeling a bit appalled by her rudeness, we did not feel comfortable staying here as we felt they simply did not want our business. This lady seemed to be the manager. The younger staff seemed to be ok, but I am very dissapointed that in a Kids play facility, the staff cant even muster up a smile, or some form of politeness. Being a frequent goer of other play areas in Glasgow, I would recommend you to take your kids elsewhere if you want to be greeted with a smile, and have your kids feel special.
Overpriced for basically one big climbing frame for 3-4 year old. Need to do better with food which is cheap and nasty. At least provide a Morton roll for the cheap and greasy sausage
Fantastic wee place. Friendly atmosphere & pleasant, helpful staff. Always willing to go that one step further to make your child have a great time. Definitely recommend to anyone with young children.
My four year old daughter had a fracture in her elbow while playing there. I do not think they have proper health and safety measures in place. Unfortunate.
I frequent the jungle with my four grandsons firstly for me is the cost it's very cheap to enter a great place to kick off your shoes n relax it's very homely my grandsons can run freely while I enjoy the best coffee av ever tasted I love the meal deal offers to very cheap and they get lots to eat and lots of choices one of my grandsons is very fussy but it's not a problem there staff always come up with something he will eat . The staff are so friendly they go out there way take sure am having a enjoyable stay even when it's very busy they always smiling and polite been in also when it's not so busy and see them cleaning and washing down equipment again still smiling n happy I would recommend jitc to anyone it's cheap food is brilliant very spacious very homely love the place a must try for every parent
