Nice place. Seems like it'd be great for older kids who can be left to run around as the climbing frames looked really good. But I went with a 1 year old and it was not a great experience. All the toys were broken/ not working. The toddler area also doesn't have much to it. I've been to places where there's sensory things, objects they can push over, ball pools etc. But here it was one set of climbing steps, a swinging thing and a slide. We left after 10mins.

Really convenient for my family as we live just around the corner. City Kids offers a great venue for your kids to run riot. The soft play area is bigger than you'd expect and provides my nephew with hours of fun. The cafe has a great range of food and drink available. The staff are really friendly your kids will make friends easily and you can get on with catching up with friends or doing whatever it is you like to do. There is baby changing available, wheel chair access to the entrance and inside the facility, the entrance is secured so that you can only be let In by an employee. To exit there is a button out of reach of children by the door. Safe and well priced place to go. Could use with T.V and Wi-Fi.

Nice wee enclosed area for toddlers however door pushes open so isn’t secure. Toddler toys could do with being replaced as many where broken not a huge range Good sized play centre however definitely for kids who can be trusted to play on their own. I’m quite a petit adult and struggled to get round the soft play with my toddler. Tables all nice and clean , we didn’t eat but food on other tables look lovely and fresh. Good pricing too.

We visit a lot of soft plays but this was our first visit here and I’ve got to say as a Mum of 4 with a 2 year old in tow - this one is the best I’ve found. My boy was able to navigate the frame himself and really didn’t want to leave. It’s a good size frame and I would say it suits ages 2-10 well. We live near Coatbridge and have been everywhere within 10 miles!
All the kids loved it. A safe, fun, multi storey, indoor play area with all the usual slides etc, and separate section for babies/little tots. Clean toilets, big play space, big tabled area for adults & good cafe, loads of high chairs. Some phones struggled to get a call signal, but WiFi was great for all. Staff linked me to WiFi cos I didn't have a free hand! The staff were very good; polite, helpful & friendly. The kiddies birthday party & food was very well thought out. The whole event went like clockwork. From arrivals to pre-party play, to the party food and clear up. There was a little confusion over the bill concerning how many families/numbers of folk were included in our kiddies party. I think some of the general public were accidentally included in the bill. But it all got sorted out ok eventually, in a good natured waywithout a problem. This management & staff here know their stuff.
