What a lovely place to stay!!! So clean with regular cleaners visits. Maintenance man, Mark is a lovely guy!! And Emma Langley, their coordinator is such an angel!! Ever so helpful, accommodating and extremely helpful!! Her genuine concern to the tennants' welfare is beyond compare. I would stay at their place at any given opportunity. So sad that life has to move on. Will most definitely recommend to give them a call for accommodation needs in and around Swindon!!!!

I enjoyed living here. I came from a country far away, and was welcomed at Touchdown House like family.  Emma and Catherine really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Once my wife and daughter joined me in the UK from South-Africa they always asked how they could help and made plans to accommodate us.  It's an awesome place to live  Thank you JP

I have stayed in two properties and have to say that without a doubt they are the most friendly, approachable,professional and understanding when it comes to service.No problem is ever too much for them to sort and if they can’t they always offer an alternative and very quickly too.  When I had an issue with noise in a property Emma and Tina were very understanding in suggesting another temporary property even while waiting on a recommend one. I personally have no reservations about recommending them to anyone wanting a room even at short notice.

The best estate agent  I have dealt with as a tenant. All the staff are nice and friendly. On my moving day, I got picked up by Tina from the railway station. One week later, when I had problem to sleep due to the noise, they kindly moved me to a quiet property nearby. Any issues, they always responded immediately. I felt that they go for that extra mile to resolving your problem and help you out. Highly recommend!

I've lived in these HMOs for 6 months and I can only give positive feedback! The included weekly cleaner was amazing to have. Emma and her team were always friendly and catered to my needs. Would 100% recommend these homes.

Amongst the most hospitable places of Swindon , rented properties . Emma Langley and Tina , responsible for homes and caretaking respectively , are some of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet . I have travelled England , wales and Ireland over last 2 years and I am yet to meet people who would go to such extent to make your stay memorable . Excellent rooms at reasonable price , with all modern amenities like superfast WiFi , TV in room and common area , neatly maintained kitchen and bathrooms . I have rented accommodation from Platinum Property for some years and have to say, they are my preferred landlords.  Consistently professional, friendly, understanding, helpful and sincere, I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone who is searching for a great place to live at reasonable costs and beautifully styled.  Properties: Omdurman street and High Street.
