ordered a pizza and garlic bread after 8 was told 21.10 delivery. it then went back to 21.20 at 21.25 the app said delivered with no sign of pizza. tried calling the shop but was always engaged. I decided to walk up to the shop where my order was sat on the side not long out of the oven I was told was really busy and driver could deliver it now bit pointless as I was there now to collect it . so why change to delivered when not. no phone call from shop. fairly rude staff. get back pizza was okay but garlic bread was cold and burnt on edges. wouldn’t use again

Excellent pizzas and very friendly staff. Their deals are second to none. Delivery is extremely quick and delivery drivers are so friendly and the reason we keep coming back. We will continue to do so either for delivery or collection.

Ordered a pizza at 7.50 pm was told it would be delivered at 8.40 pm, at 9pm still hadn't turned up so I called them to be told it would be 25 more minutes. At present it's 9.40 pm and I'm still waiting. Had no phone call to apologise or anything. Absolutely awful customer service. Will never order from them again!!!

We had food delivered on a Hungry house offer. The food was good value however food was very late and staff didnt seem bothered/lied about reasons as to why it was late.
