Brovey Lair was built in the early 1970s by architect Barry and his wife Olive - surname unknown. Their combined names are an anagram of Brovey Lair! The restaurant is famous for its original take on fish and seafood which chef Tina cooks fusion style. Recently included in The Telegraph's top 150 UK restaurants Brovey Lair has received much praise by critics and guests alike.
