ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING !! My order took 2 hours to get to me and when it did we asked where our free garlic break was and got the response it says Monday to Thursday on the menu so we explained it gave us the option to have a free garlic break or bottle of pop but they still refused to give us another bottle of pop. Then we realised we'd only gotten 1 bottle of pop instead of two so we asked the delivery driver if he had one which he didn't. He said he would bring us one back and never did!! The food we got was cold and the wrap my partner orderd was full of salad and sauce which he did not ask for and even if he did it looked disgusting!!!! We tried to ring and tell them the order was not acceptable but they didn't answer the phone!! I wouldn't even rate 1 star! Needs shutting down it's vile!!

So I placed a fair review stating they were 15 minutes late but clearly stated it wasn't a big issue but I did say they got one if our orders wrong and said i basically didn't enjoy it. Today I received a phone call by pizza top and they said we was lying but they said if we did not enjoy the food that we should come into the shop. Well let me tell you this, we ordered over the internet because we wanted to stay in and why should we not use the rate and review when it is clearly there for us to use. We are allowed to use this system and do not have to cone into the shop to say your food is bad. And to tell us you will not accept orders from us again is immature and irresponsible.

WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A 1 STAR RATING!! Absolutely disgusting, I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, chips and fudge cake. the cheese and the chicken fell straight off the pizza and stook to the bottom of the box. Not only did this happen but the chicken was full of fatty, slimy stuff! I can't even begin to explain how that made me feel after I'd bitten into it. Wasn't fit for a dog never mind a human. Well and truly vile. When I tried to ring them, they answered and just put me to one side whilst still on the phone. Then picked back up the phone and put it on the hook. Waste of money, will NEVER order from here EVER again!!! Rubbish service and quality, SHOCKING!!!!
