Food is great. Bit waited nearly 90mins still waiting as I write this for our order which is unacceptable. I called to be told 'it's on it's way' The app counts down and says you can track your order but clearly doesn't work properly. I won't be ordering again
Last night I had the best burger ever, its not on the menu but it should be. I've been asking them to put chillie sauce on the chicken of the "grilled chicken burger" before they cook it. its been amazing, ive been having it with different fillings, I just had melted cheeses and gherkin!! OMG! Taste sensation. The Chillie Cuff burger it will be called. But add extra chilli sauce if you like it really spicy. Thank you

This place was terrible delivery a year ago and attitude stank ,now it’s much improved under new ownership I think foods great ,only downside is could be a little hotter when it arrives but other than that quality is good to great
Pizza Point is a Countesthorpe institution! Good pizza, fantastic kebabs, great burgers and Oh! - They do a blue cheese sauce is simply the best! All this at good, fair prices compared to most local takeaways. Delivery is generally quick and the staff are affluent and polite.

I religiously have Domino's but to eat alone, whilst everyone else was eating chinese, it was too expensive so I took a risk on the local pizza in Countesthorpe. Delivery was fast. The pizza was hot! Hotter than Domino's ever is. It was half the price and 3 inches bigger. There was twice as much cheese and it tasted great. Highly recommended.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! I was shouted at on the phone, spoken over and hung up on. I paid for my order online whilst out, so when my parter took the takeaway he wasn't aware it had been paid for. So the delivery man asked for another £16 which he took from my partner. So in total they had taken over £30 for a pizza and burger. When I rang up to explain the man on the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic. I am so outraged at the customer service I received. He was shouting at me telling me it was my fault I had not informed my partner it had been paid for, he then didn't allow me to speak and then hung up on me. As a customer that ordered from pizza point on a regular basis I will never be using there services again!!! They now expect us to pick up the £16 that we were robbed of! Absolute joke if you ask me!!!
Do not order from these. Was advised 45 minutes delivery, waited over 2.5 hours, called after 65 minutes to check on delivery time was told it’s in the car, was nearly 1.5 hours later. Food was missing from my delivery but they took the phone off the hook so they didn’t have to answer to anyone. Called later to complain, when I finally got through to someone and said I would like to make a complaint the man laughed and said “be my guest” On top of this, I was charged for delivery when I’m less than 2 minutes round the corner! Disgusting people disgusting service. P.s. I have the order confirmation and phone records as proof.
