Wow what can I say, just awful. We ordered food for my son and husband through their own app payment was taken. We waited patiently for our order and after 2 hours the money was refunded back to our bank account. There was NO communication to say they couldn't fulfill our order and by the time we went to call them they had closed. I now have a very hungry 14yr old and Husband, so now here we are at 22.45 trying to order some more food from another company. Thanks guys but we WON'T be using you again and we certainly will not reccommed you. Bring back Andy....
Really dissapointed! Ordered from here for years but lately the quality and lack of toppings have been awful. Ordered a Mighty Meaty and it was more like cheesy bread!! Paid extra for Jalapeños and not one on the pizza! Has it been taken over?Would give 0 stars if available. We won't be ordering again until its taken over by someone else
Absolute waste of time, food took over 2 hours to arrive, was told the food had left after 1 hour and 15 minutes and then it took another 40 minutes to arrive so we were clearly lied to. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold and basically inedible. This has happened on multiple occasions and we are always told the same excuse of "we only have 1 driver on tonight". This used to be one of the best takeaways in the area but has sadly gone downhill big time! Shocking.
They are quick and very nice. I order from them often. And the delivery person has always been very professional and nice. This place is a lot better since the new owner took from Andy

I only wanted a cheese and tomato pizza the most simple pizza to make and this is what I got. Sauce just splattered on in big piles not presented very nice at all and tasted like eating a tube of tomato puree 1st order I have made unfortunately going to be the last
I think throw place does the best pizza around and we always get it delivered to the Broughton Astley area.
Ordered two burger meals and two pizzas. Both pizzas had incorrect toppings including missing extra toppings that we paid for. One burger meal was missing a drink, the other just didn’t arrive and we got something else instead but again, missing a drink. Rang the restaurant directly to ask for a refund for just the drinks - even though all the food was wrong, we were happy with a refund for just those since we were hungry and decided to eat what we received. Never heard back from them so ended up just getting the whole lot refunded by Deliveroo. This place used to be great but I won’t use it again.
Absolutely awful and gone downhill. Four times in a row I have got the wrong order and not what I requested. When you ring you just get attitude like "I wasn't the one who took the order". Just been told I should have requested a read back of the order to make sure it was right?! - Rude, unapologetic and couldn't give two hoots about the customer. After 20 years, never again.
Pizzas used to be good but the last 3 times we have ordered its been wrong and they tell you its your fault. Given it a fair chance wont be ordering again and certainly would tell people dont do it.
