I ordered two cheeseburgers and three pieces of chicken with fries from this place through Uber Eats. The burgers were missing the salad and mayo. The chicken was overcooked and too dry; my cats couldn't eat it. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. When I called to complain about the order, I was told I didn't request the salad and mayo. I explained that burgers are expected to come with salad and mayonnaise unless otherwise specified in the notes. The response was, "I can send you salad and mayo if you want." It felt like I was being asked to fix the incomplete burger. I was very disappointed with the order and the service, so I let the person on the phone know that I wouldn't be ordering from them again.

Ordered seafood pizza. 16 inch...received 8 inch...replaced with 16 inch...very poor toppings, hardly any anchovies. Opened a tin of our own, put own capers on and little extra garlic and was then tasty. Not what you want to do when you want a delivery. Should have made my own..

I ordered my food last night from them through Just Eat website and that's how I received my order. Carrier bag was full of spilt sauce all around and the food packets were soaking wet with sauce. That's how they look after their customers orders and waste their money. Not recommended at all. Thanks

Foods mouldy can’t even cook pizza properly DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP  the man had dirty hands and could see grease finger marks all over the pizza box

Disappointed with my experience here. I had earlier phoned and ordered X2 pizza's for collection. The reason that I had phoned 12 minutes early, was to ensure that the pizza's are done and ready upon arrival, which I was told on the phone that this would be the case. Upon arrival, the pizza's was not done and ready. To be fair, the guy's in the kitchen did come across well and reasonably friendly. However, this doesn't change the fact that the pizza's should of been done and ready when I arrived, as agreed on the telephone. To make matters worse, I was then told half way through a conversation, that they don't accept card payments!!! What business especially fast food does not accept card payment method these days???  This resulted in me having to walk far out to a cash point, as the one at the local petrol station was out of order. This in turn made me very late for work. The guy in the kitchen did apologise but it's simply not good enough. I would recommend that the owner addresses the card payment issue and ensure that food is cooked promptly. However, I will most likely not return again.
