Today was the last time I ever go here. I have always been a big fan of pizza nova, offering the closest to authentic pizza out of all the chain stores. This location used to be good but lately it has gone to garbage. Wrong toppings, late delivery. Now I get a burn pizza with just small trace of sauce. Unfortunately we'll be trying out one of the other pizza places in town. Not really sure why corporate doesn't do anything about this location, clearly judging by all the other reviews there's a big problem
I dropped my slice on the way out and the nice guy behind the counter sam didn't make me feel bad about it at all just "sorry that happened" and "can i put a fresh one in for you". 5 stars for customer service!Food: 4/5
I placed an order yesterday for delivery and this was the worst pizza ever. The pizza came extremely burnt and on top of that it arrived more than an hour after my order was placed. Ordered at 3:07pm and came at 4:10pm. I don't know why they thought this was acceptable to deliver to the customer. My guests and I didn't eat it.Food: 1/5
Why do I have to search for toppings on my pizza?! Not sure if it’s just this location but the pizza is always dry, lacking cheese, and skimpy on the toppings! I gave Pizza Nova a try after a while but will not be returning. I’ll continue ordering from Reginos pizza where the pizza is full of toppings and the service is always friendly.
The older man working here has disgusting customer service. Freaked out for asking for a fork and a plate because the sauce was leaking out of the nugget box into the car. He says the customer is asking for too much and embarrasses us for such a basic ask of any pizza store.Service: 1/5

Attempted to order a couple of slices for dinner last night. Despite them being clearly listed and pictured on their menu they were “too busy” to make them. The gentlemen with the heavy fake silver chain was unprofessional and rude. I will not go back!Food: 1/5
I purchased 2 Large Pizza and spent $57.45 on Sunday March 17th, 2024 at 15:56:08 There were hardly any cheese. Guests were not happy at all. They don't even deserve 1 stars. Customer service was also not good Food: 1/5
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered pizza well ahead of time for a party; 24 hours ahead of time. The restaurant did not have our order ready for an hour and a half. They were not returning our money when we wanted to cancel the order. We had to get food from somewhere else for the kids party we were having. This place is very disorganized. What bothers me is they were not willing to return our money for an order they could not fulfill. Do not order from them. They do not have the management skills or customer service skills to run a business. Obviously if we are ordering $100+ worth of food, this is for a party, and they did not prioritize us.
