Ordered two meals last week that were paid for using their own website but never delivered. We were never told the food wasn't coming but website said we would get a refund if we didn't receive it. We had no food and worse off financially as no money has been refunded. Very cross
absolute disgrace. ordered hours ago. keep hanging up the phone. Will not deliver. taken our money. NEVER GET A NAPOLENA.
Ordered on Just Eat, arrived before time and the pizza was delicious. Worth the wait, but it can be rather a long wait, so keep that in mind.
Terrible service, kept getting fobbed off that food on its way. Ended up going down to shop 45 min after delivery due and insisting food cooked there and then. Shop staff arrogant as if it was my fault. Will never order from here again. Has really gone downhill recently!
Shambolic. Waited an hour and a half after ordering on Just Eat just for them to cancel my order due to lack of delivery drivers. Could you not have cancelled this order earlier? It's now 9pm, and we still need to feed our little boy. This was our first time ordering with them and there won't be a next time.
Tasty fresh cooked food
Pizzas were ok but ordered 2 lots of French fries .. got thick oven chips.. ordered bbq sauce and 2 slicesof chocolate fudge cake. All thrown in a bag. Bbq sauce all over everything so unedable.
Pizza was not ready in time but great pizza
Pizzas are beaut from here, best pizzas in brighouse by far, found it by accident wont go anywhere else for pizzas now
