We order from Picco’s all the time the food is usually ok but it’s cheap so it’s easy to get, every time they come they forget something weather it be a full meal or a drink every time we ring up and they say “we will give you it next time” and they never do we now I’ve had enough we ordered a takeaway last night and it came eventually the chicken nuggets were cold and I paid extra for cheese on my chips with my burger and I didn’t get it , they forgot one of our cans of pop so I rang them and told them and they said the usual and said “we will bring it next time” well this time I said no I want it now please and he said that he would ring the delivery driver and get him to deliver the can that they forgot and surprise surprise they never brought it I don’t understand how they think we can pay for food and they don’t bring it we don’t even get offered a refund, we will not be ordering from here again nor will I advise anyone to order from here I will be posting this on the brighouse oracle so people know not to order from here if they want the items that have paid for
Go lt to the take away counter, ordered to only be told that it was cash only or order through thier app. Which would be fine but my banking app was down. Could have told us it was cash only at first entering the place. Said I would definitely be back but tried call about the situation and nothing .sad service can only imagine how much money they are losing used to be a fantastic take away but not now give one star as it wouldn’t let me give zero
Best take away in the area I was highly recommended when the two on my doorstep could not even make a curry or decent pizza this place offer s good pizzas plus burgers also other options plus it’s a decent price yes I’ve had these roughly once or twice a week the calzones are nice they even sell desert but for me it’s been very consistent in quality plus the fillet burgers are spot on they really are decent .
Mozzarella sticks and cheesy chips perfect chicken bbq pizza NOT so.. watered down BBQ sauce.. chicken pink in places.. don't recommend £16 wasted.Food: 2/5
The food is lovely and cooked well. They always read the notes to make the pizza extra special good customer service and good delivery service and 9 out of ten times it comes before time given Food: 4/5

Thought I’d try them again as I have always liked their pizzas. Ordered a deep pan as always like I do. Got a thick base not deep pan family size stodgy slab. Not what I ordered. Not what they used to be. Safe to say between the constant incorrect orders, appalling attitude and cash only. I won’t be returning again
Although I have not frequented Picco's since my teens, I find myself ordering often from this pizza place - still the same great quality and very inexpensive. You can order directly from the website for a 10% discount, no admin fee and a reduced delivery charge
Food has really gone down hill over the last few months, pizza is NEVER cooked properly, we always have to put it in the oven, and omg what's with the nachos, they're just a soggy mess, yuck!Food: 1/5
