Food is good and new decor is nice however its now a self service affair with no waitresses. You order your food at the desk like in a KFC or McDonald's. It is then brought to you however after the salads and main courses no one clears the tables, had to tidy them up ourselves to make room. You have to pickup knives and forks and sauces etc yourself like in a works canteen. For the price of 50 pounds for two adults and two young children (No alcoholic drinks or deserts BTW) it's probably not worth it when you need to do the service yourself. Will probably go pizza express next time.

Visit with family on quiet Sunday evening. Service was abysmally slow, with only 6 tables present, but also featured several mistakes that can't be blamed on mere lack of staff. For example, 6 minute spread on delivery of main course, "unlimited" sodas were not recharged on request, botched crust order etc. Food otherwise good. Waitress was unapologetic and blamed delay on staffing shortage, then turned away brusquely. Very unimpressed with customer care on this occasion; staff would benefit from remedial training. Edit: Has improved since last visit. New decor and organisation to increase service speed.

WORST!!! Disgraceful!! Disgusting!! Not only was my pizza not cooked all the way through!! But management was worse. The woman manager was completely rude!! She can't take negative feedback... I told her about my pizza and she said it only goes through once..so she put it back through.. it came out completely burnt.. so I said please make another one... she replied and said well it's not too you're liking and some other things.. I said I have been more than patient waiting for the pizza to be heated up... no need to be sarcastic.. and she went blistic absolutely mad.. she raised her voice so the entire restaurant.. heard her... I said why are you shouting!!! She said this my restaurant I can go and say whatever I want... she said if i want to raise my voice or shout i will...she still would not shut up.. she was acting like a 5 yr old kid.. the three of us just sat there in silence why she made a spectacle of herself.. she still continued to yell I have be in the business for 20 yrs.. I believe that she has been in the business for 20 yrs, Because my opinion is that she has got to that point.. where she absolutely hates dealing with customers.. that have any complaints or feedback... I would never ever spend another penny in Pizza Hut.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It Is A Amazing Resturant With Great Pizzas And Drinks To Choose From. I Would Recommened You Give It A Go.

We brought two grand-daughters, ages 6 & 3 yesterday afternoon. They loved it. They loved the choices - the spaghetti bolognaise & the macaroni cheese chosen, the self-serve salad bar and ice-cream bar. These two fussy eaters had the best most nutritious meal I've seen them really tuck into for a long time. We enjoyed it too. The staff interacted very well with us and the children. Really great!
