So disappointed. I used to love this restaurant. Poor service, the restaurant was nearly empty but had to wait 5 minutes to be seated then it took nearly an hour to bring it our order. Also told we could not have unlimited pepsi because of the sugar tax, it has not even come in. Don't get me wrong I love their pizza's but I will be just have delivery in the future.

Useless and ineffectual staff. Went here a few days ago for lunch. Server took order, I asked her to repeat what we had ordered, she got it wrong. I corrected her. Wasn’t told that you need to collect glasses for the unlimited fizzy drinks, it was just assumed that you knew where they were. When the order arrived it was wrong and had to be sent back. When we came to pay server asked how we were paying, cash or card. Cash I replied, “erm, I’ll need to check with the manager as I don’t know how to take cash.” WHAT???? Don’t know how to take cash. What kind of training do these people undergo? It concerns me that if the staff are that useless what knowledge do they have around hygiene and food safety standards. Won’t go here again.

Its what you expect from a buffet lunch.  The selection of pizza did not change even though they were being made fresh, they only had pepperoni, veg, margarita and some chicken and onion thing.  No garlic bread and the lettuce for the salad, was not replenished at all, pizza was tasty though.  We have had better.  The staff seemed more bothered about talking to each other rather than checking on the customers
