I went to order a zinger burger meal, it then proceeded to ask me if i wanted to upgrade to a box meal for an extra £2 which didn’t seem bad since you were getting an extra popcorn chicken and also two hot wings so i upgraded. i got my food and went home, when i opened it up i saw that not only did they not give me the popcorn chicken but they also gave me what looks like crumbs instead of my hot wings. one of them looked like a burnt crumb and the other one looked undercooked nor did either of them have any chicken inside.
KFC has always been my favourite fast food, and the Weston-super-Mare branch is especially good. The food is always great, but what really makes the place stand out is the fantastic staff.nI’d like to give a special shout-out to Naomi, who has worked there for many years. She is an absolute credit to the company. Naomi is always happy, friendly, polite and incredibly helpful every time we visit. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides such warm and welcoming service, and she truly makes the experience better.nThank you, Naomi, for all your hard work and kindness over the years. Keep up the amazing work — we always look forward to seeing you when we visit!
I am writing to leave feedback about a delivery order placed today, which was extremely disappointing.nnWe ordered a Party Bucket for £40.99 for home delivery via Uber Eats, as everyone at home is ill and we had a positive previous experience with this KFC. Unfortunately, the delivery was a complete letdown, and I cannot recommend ordering for delivery from this branch.nnThe issues we encountered:nn· Potatoes: Instead of six individual mini portions, all the fries were dumped together with their packets into one large bag. By the time they arrived, they were completely soggy and soft.n· Missing Items: We received only 6 Hot Wings instead of the advertised 8.n· Packaging: The container for the Coleslaw salad appeared to have burst open during transit, which also compromised the integrity of the main delivery bag, leaving it effectively open.nnThe only satisfactory items were the two corn on the cob pieces and the 10 Mini Fillet Burgers.nnIn summary, based on this experience, I will be avoiding this restaurant for delivery in the future. If you enjoy a proper, crispy KFC meal, I strongly advise you to dine in rather than risk spoiling your impression with a delivery order.nnI have attached photos of the pile of soggy fries and the missing wings as evidence.
I wish they would open a new KFC in this area with better quality food and better customer service.nnI, being a disabled person, made an order for collection on the website not the app. It seemed easy enough; I put the collector's name, phone number and email address on the order when prompted and then paid for the food at home. The person collecting my mum then went to collect the food. Upon arrival, the staff member behind the counter asked for the order number. No order number was ever provided, as no confirmation email or message was ever recieved. They said to use the CHECK IN link... however, this link was on the website that the order was made on. I had already closed the tab as I believed the collector would have a confirmation email/text message with an order number. The staff then said to get the check in link/order number from the account the order was made on - I was never prompted to sign in when I made the order; payment was taken without any need to sign in.nnAfter queueing for an age and speaking to different members of staff, it took the manager finally being called out to sort it out. The manager asked my mum her name, and immediately found the order. Why could this not have been done sooner? The food was ordered at 18:56, my mum arrived at the restaurant to collect at 19:05, and didn't walk out with it until 20:27!! AND we had chip portions filled barely half way and a chicken fillet missing from the order! Absolutely appalling. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this branch of KFC. I doubt we will return.
Having used KFC in Weston for years now Naomi aways brightens up our day, she’s always smiling and is up for a laugh which is infectious top employee
