Terrible service and undercooked food. After visiting Llandudno Junction Pizza Hut today. Stay away, as they don't seem to care. I feel horrified in the service they are willing to provide to customers and the terrible name they are giving Pizza Hut. I ordered a sharing chicken supreme pizza, which cost £18.95! To have it brought to me undercooked which was dangerous and breaches the Food Standard Agency policies. After complaining the manager said to me "yes it was uncooked sorry and could they offer me coupons for next time". This was not satisfactory and the whole food should have been refunded, if they were to keep any dignity for the company. Also,They served us warm refillable drinks, as the machine was not working and the staff were blaring music in the kitchen and stood around chatting, hence the reason our pizza was undercooked due to lack of attention and under trained staff. I am disgusted in the service and this terrible customer service has occurred many a times in this store. I won't be going back and I really advise everyone else to go somewhere else!

The service is terrible. Its like they want you in and out as quickly as possible. I DO NOT recommend this pizza hut and i would advise eating somewhere else

Very busy. Very noisy. Nice staff. Salad bar and ice cream bar very messy. The low calorie flat bread pizzas were miserable dried up affairs very hard to cut. Won't rush back.

Had a short wait to be seated when we arrived even though there were empty tables waiting but after that everything was fine. Unlimited Salad bowl always a good way to starts things. Refillable soft drinks always go down well. Stuffed crust Philly cheese steak pizza was beautiful. Kids meals for the little ones and Ice cream factory for dessert.
