Despite turning up very near to closing time, we were made to feel extremely welcome by the two lovely members of staff who dealt with us. Taking time to explain the vegan options available and really looking after us despite clearly being close to heading home themselves. The food was fantastic, very well cooked with great fresh ingredients and very good value. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else visiting the Cardiff Bay area.

Pizza hut is one of our family treats. We have been in ones all over Wales and in the UK. We find that the restaurants are usually clean and well laid out with helpful staff. The prices are good and portions are good. Free salad bar with each meal ordered. Kids packs to keep little ones entertained and for soft drinks a self service machine and endless refills.

Like all Pizza Hut stores it is very nicely well set up, friendly staff and great food. Plenty parking spaces and lots of other shops around if you need to do some shopping before or after your meal.

Cheap and cheerful pizza hut with good amount of free parking. Excellent to bring children but I would not recommend for a date as the interior is decorated towards children.

Large group booking and several of the orders were wrong multiple times and the pizza was undercooked. Even when they cooked it I feel like a shop-bought frozen pizza would have been better. Any wrong orders they did give to us for free though. I felt sorry for the staff as was only two on. Wouldn't go back.
