Disgrace ! Complained there was zero chicken in the chicken curry ! There answer was that customers always requested more and the amount was adequate . I said sorry I don’t think you understand there is not one piece of chicken ! He then said that was impossible the chef don’t make mistakes and that we were lying .. astonishing answer, I fail to see on a winters night who would drive back to a Chinese to get additional six or seven bits of chicken ! Ended up having chips with curry sauce which cost in total £5:50 + 1:50 for chips total £7 chips in curry sauce ? Guy on phone was so rude it was flabbergasting ! Will never set foot in premises ever again and strongly advise people go else where , crazy people and certainly can’t believe after spending £30 a week at this place which is on the records they treat loyal customers in this way .. Shocking !

Been purchasing takeaways every week at average cost of £30...you do the maths. Tonight we ordered chicken curry.....arrived with no chicken whatsoever ....only sauce and onions. Clearly a mistake....anyone can make. The shock comes when we telephone to complain to be accused of telling lies! What? That we took the chicken out and tried to claim a free curry!??? Attitude was rude and insisted we were lieing. Talked over us and refused to consider it possible that an error was made in the kitchen. Obviously we won't be returning and suggest that this was a rude and disingenuous theft. They today contacted me (10th) to say they are sorry but did offer us a replacement ...this was my reply - This is an outright lie. We were not offered this option. We were clearly accused of telling lies and told the chef never makes mistakes. We will not be returning and remain of the firm opinion this was a disengenguis theft. We have been purchasing from you every week for several years, as you will know if you check your records. We have no doubt you can readily afford the lost custom of one household per week but I shall continue to encourage my family and friends to also take their custom elsewhere

I had a Chinese last night and it was discussing,has given me a upset tummy,tasted like something had gone off in my special rice will never be ordering from these again,has proper gone down hill,what a shame

We used this place for the first time last night as we are new to the area and were very happy with what we got. The staff were helpful and friendly, the delivery driver pleasant and the food...the food was amazing. It arrived quicker than we were told and was piping hot and so very tasty. We will 100% be using them again.

Absolute shocking customer service While debating about the order they got wrong the good for cold and the never said they would need it back (bare in mind it was stone cold) then the driver walked off with the correct change DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME
