We ordered pizzas online from this Pizza Hut. Ordering was easy, the eleven pizzas came on time, and everything was easy. The pizzas are greasy, and it’s not the best pizza around, but for £5 apiece it’s not a bad deal.

Delivery service was absolutely appalling had to wait over an hour and when the pizza got here it was cold!! And then they tried saying they would be another hour to send another pizza out. Absolutely stupid!!

One of the staff members at the Pizza Hut based in Goring Rd, had a disgusting mouth. The woman severed me and went out into the kitchen to talk to the other employee's, swearing and slagging off the customers in the store, little did she know we could hear everything she was saying. She needs firing, no need for language like that. I wouldn't hire this woman to work in a burger van. Vile person. Binner.

Appaling Customer Service. Placed an order online at 16.40hrs, got an E-mail stating that the Pizza's would be delivered by 17.45hrs at the latest. 18.00hrs and no signs of delivery, I called the branch. As I was waiting for the phone to be answered the doorbell rang and it was a teenager wearing a Pizza Hut Shirt. Opened the door and asked why the delivery was late and got told "It's here now, you want it or not" and had the receipt shoved in my hand. Checked the delivery and some items where missing. Told the driver about the missing items and after much back and forth I was told I'd need to pay for the lot and he'd sort it out when he got back to the shop. I refused and asked that he just deduct the missing items from the bill which he refused to do. As we'd reached a stale mate as I had no intention of paying for something I hadnt received, I told him to take the Pizza's and go. So this evening we've wasted time waiting for food that arrived late and then had items missing and ultimately ended up with nothing. Top job Goring Rd, Pizza Hut. I won't be ordering anything from you Guy's again.
